Instant Insight

Utilizes several front-end triggers (NFC tags, QR codes, URLs, digital ink readers, SMS and more) to enable users to provide real-time, location-based feedback. Our proprietary system provides a rich dashboard to analyze the feedback, with full reports and heat maps for you to know exactly what is going on where.


Campaign Manager

Enables you to configure exactly how you manage your reaction to customer feedback. This includes several components that work together or independently of one another.
Coupon Manager – Generates coupons based on business rules you establish such as providing a name and email address for further contact.
Redemption Manager – Checks against the database for valid coupons. Redemption Manager then logs redemptions and tracks overall numbers as part of its real-time reports.
Sweeps Manager – Enables you to offer a mobile sweeps as part of your incentive. With our built-in system, you can create business rules for the sweeps, generate your end user agreement, get their buy-in online, and securely provide their log in and personal information to the system. For example, a store manager can receive a real-time alert through SMS and email while HQ receives daily alerts about consolidated reports for each branch. You decide what constitutes “good” and “bad” feedback in your environment and what triggers alerts to your staff and automated responses to the consumer.
